We are based in the Indian subcontinent where our
location is known for spices and exotic food. Due to history and other reasons
several cuisines are well known. That is Mughlai, Indian, Chinese and other
cuisines are very popular.
Deli Moja is two words meaning the same.
Deli is actually a part of the word delicious and moja is a Bengali word
meaning delicious or tasty.
Recipes tell us how to pre pare the food. Now most lay
man can start cooking using recipes and videos from YouTube.
